Viart.com (http://www.Viart.com), an online company supplying PHP shopping cart software worldwide, has recently enabled two more 3D secure payment systems. This will help merchants to safeguard online shoppers and help protect them against online credit card fraud.

3D secure is a new technical standard developed by Visa and MasterCard to secure CNP transactions over the Internet. Visa brand their version of the scheme 'Verified by Visa' and MasterCard have called their initiative 'MasterCard SecureCode'. Other cards included in the scheme are Maestro and solo.

"3D secure transfers the liability for fraud from the merchant to the card issuer, under a range of conditions. It's an online version of 'Chip and Pin' technology, making shopping online more secure for both merchants and shoppers. Explains Mr. Birzul, Technical Director of Viart.com.

Fraud and security concerns have grown in tandem with the growth of eCommerce. By offering 3D secure payment systems, Viart is making shopping online safer for both buyers and sellers.

3D Secure authentication requires the cardholder to enter a PIN/ password they previously assign to their credit card. This is needed to complete any transaction online and therefore protects the cardholder from unauthorised use of their card.

For merchants, the benefits of 3D secure include confidence in order acceptance and protection from fraudulent charge backs.

"By integrating these services into our shopping cart it enables our customers to stay competitive in their industry and provides a secure shopping environment for their customers."

Viart already integrates with approximately 35 payment systems, but has taken the decision to integrate Protx VSP Server and Virtual Card Services (VCS) payment gateways. Both payment systems provide compliance with 3D secure and stringent fraud screening.

"Protx and VCS are two online payment solutions that provide reputable and flexible payment features for our merchants. Implementing 3D secure can be quite costly therefore we are strongly encouraging customers to utilise these affordable systems so they are fully compliant under the PCI instantly."

Viart is pleased to have integrated a number of all-in-one, flexible payment systems into their shopping cart software. In the very near future 3D Secure will become industry standard, therefore every merchant should be preparing to take action.

The e-commerce shopping cart solutions offered by ViArt come in three main editions: Light, Standard and Enterprise. The free edition is a fully functional free shopping cart that is ideal for smaller businesses.

ViART… CON_ART
They sell you software with already many bugs implanted and to fix it… YOU PAY!
Worse, they can’t re-enact your problems on their own shop (of course not because their own shop is bug free so it looks good and you buy it) but tell you they need access to your server and shop … HAHAHA want to pretend to fix while at the same time implant more bugs and prepare for making more money?

Now that’s real (internet) business, folks!

SELL YOUR PEACE OF CRAP TO YOURSELF… CON-ARTS
